  10. What’s your favorite leftovers? Today, I’m eating spaghetti leftovers for lunch. I really do think pasta sauce is much better like 4-5 days after it’s been cooked. Has time to age into tomatoey richness. Using heirloom tomatoes really does make a BIG difference.
